Good product but when the door shut occasionally the mirror moves from it Position ?Work very well.I don’t drive a lot but recently changed that with my own car. It has smaller than normal mirrors from the factory so sticking on those other style blind spot mirrors would block so much of the view. Enter the YASOKO mirrors.They are tight to install and will scuff the area. I had to open the metal clips with a pair of pliers to make them fit over the mirror housing. This made them even harder to install, but they few very very snug now.As for function, they give significantly more coverage than factory mirrors and are quite big compared to other blind spot mirrors meaning you get a wider bigger view.Some people said they could install them on the bottom of the mirror - looks better, and technically possible, but only top gave a useable view.Besides the clips scratching I found the back black plastic housing scuffed and worn out of the box. It’s not auto grade plastic and it shows. Time will tell how they hold up. I would pay much more for the same design in a better quality.The shape is good. The adjustment range is adequate. I intended it for blind spot use, but found the large area at the inside of the mirror makes it very useful for seeing where you are headed when backing the car. The Hercules mirror I had previously was not useful for backing. I bought both left and right side mirrors. The directions are not English, so I had to figure out how to mount it from the pictures. The instruction pictures show the mounting clips and clip cover plate separated from the mirror assembly, but it is shipped with the clips and clip cover plate temporarily installed.Preparing the Wide Angle Mirror for Installation: If you use a screw driver inserted into a clip, you can push a clip toward the clip cover plate. The cover plate will pop off, and the clip will slip through the opening. Remove the other clip and you are ready for installation.Installation Instructions:1. Carefully determine the location to mount the mirror, as you will only get one chance, and may have to destroy parts of the mirror to remove it once installed.2. While holding the mirror at the desired location, confirm that you will be able to install the clips by pressing them about half way into position.3. Clean the car side view mirror with alcohol at the mounting location.4. Remove the tape from the adhesive strips at the bottom of the Wide Angle Mirror.5. Carefully lower the mirror into position, as once the adhesive touches you will not be able to relocate the mirror.6. Press the mounting clips into position.7. Clean the plastic with alcohol between the mounting clips where the mounting clip cover plate will be mounted.8. Remove the tape from the adhesive strips at the back of the mounting clip cover plate, and press the cover plate into position.Mirror Alignment:Align the mirror so that you can just see the side of the car at the mirror's inside edge. Tilt the mirror down as far as you can while keeping the horizon visible at the top of the mirror.The mirror survived the commercial car wash. The Honda dealer was afraid to run it through his car wash that had ripped off small attachments before.Excelente visionYou have to buy one left and one right mirror. You are supposed to fix the mirror with the stripof adhesive and two clamps on the cars rearview mirror. However the clamps are to tight to work on my car. So I left them out and made do just with the adhesive. Which is rock solid and works fine.Put these mirrors on my 2018 Ford Transit Connect. Pretty easy to install. Did have to use some thumb muscle to get the clips to seat. And it is important that you get the clips to seat all the way or they will fall off. Have been using them about a month. They havnt moved a bit. Can see all the area that used to be blind spots. I did have one mirror that was loose and wouldn't stay in place. I'm talking about the mirror its self, not the housing it is in. Instead of sending it back I just adjusted it where I wanted it and put to drops of clear 100% silicone on it and let it dry. Problem solved. Hasn't moved a hair.ON MY JEEP I FOUND THAT THEY WORKED BETTER IF I PUT THE RIGHT ONE ON DRIVERS SIDE ON THE BOTTOMREASON BEING IS I HAVE RAIN GUARDS ON MY WINDOWS THE RIGHT SIDE I COULD NOT USE.
